FROM THE FOUNDER
There are moments in life when you realize your work is about something much bigger than your career.
For me, that realization came through years of leading schools, serving communities, walking alongside governing boards, and helping organizations navigate both success and adversity. I witnessed the extraordinary difference leadership can make, but I also saw the cost when leadership lacks vision, clarity, or courage.
Over time, one conviction became impossible to ignore:
People rarely rise above the standard their leaders are willing to set.
That conviction became the foundation of Expect More Leadership.
Not because I believe perfection is possible, but because I believe excellence is worth pursuing. I believe people deserve leaders who inspire confidence, organizations deserve systems that create clarity, and communities deserve institutions that continually strive to become better than they were yesterday.
A PERSONAL CONVICTION
God placed a calling on my life that extends beyond a position, a title, or an organization.
Over time, I became convinced that my purpose is to help people see beyond where they are today and believe in what is possible tomorrow.
This work is not simply what I do. It is why I was created to serve.
My hope is that Expect More Leadership becomes more than an advisory organization. I hope it becomes a movement that challenges leaders to think differently, lead courageously, build healthy systems, and create lasting impact in the lives of the people they serve.
Because I believe transformation begins the moment someone chooses to expect more.
